The data controller is PRIMAVEST, svetovanje in inženiring, d.o.o., Stara Nova vas 18b, 9242 Križevci pri Ljutomeru. It can be reached at 059 033 045 and [email protected]. This policy applies to the public website, not to contractual data processing in customer systems.
Technical data on visit
Upon access, network, hosting and security providers may process the IP address, requested URL, request time, server response and basic browser and device information. The site does not create a user account, does not contain a web form and does not collect the content of your messages via the interface.
Purpose and legal basis
Technical data is required for secure delivery of the public site, abuse prevention, error detection and infrastructure protection. Processing is based on the controller's legitimate interest in a safe and reliable operation of the public web presentation.
Recipients and transfers
Access to technical data is limited to authorised personnel of the controller and contractual providers who provide hosting, reverse proxy, TLS, network security and content delivery. Cloudflare is a network security and reverse-proxy provider in this architecture. Any international transfers are governed by the actual contractual and technical settings of each provider.
Cookies and local storage
The public production site does not use its own analytical or advertising cookies. In the source code there is no localStorage, sessionStorage or other persistent data for tracking visitors. Fonts, React, Babel and Three.js are delivered from our own production deployment, not from a public CDN.
Storage and rights
The site does not create a collection of website enquiries or user accounts. Technical logs from the production origin server are rotated daily and kept for no more than 30 days; they are not used for marketing. The actual configurations and terms of network security providers apply to their services. For access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or another request, write to [email protected]. If you believe your data are processed improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
The public production site uses its own bundled fonts and libraries. No cookies, local storage, analytics or advertising tracking are included in the code. Technical network logs may be processed by hosting providers and security intermediaries solely for delivery and site security.
